Achness Shetland Blend DK

From our 2023 wool clip comes this soft, drapey, beautifully rich brown wool from our moorit Shetland sheep. When you examine the wool closely you can see it is peppered with greyish flecks which give the wool a real depth of colour. 

It has a hint of autumnal warmth about it. The yarn has been worsted spun in Yorkshire and has really great stitch definition.

This is an ideal wool for knitting and weaving, and would make fantastic jumpers, cardigans and hats!
